Youth Group Registration - 2023 Down South Conference
Discounted registration for groups of 5 or more youths (13-18 years old) for 2023 Down South Regional Conference including:
- access to all conference sessions
- lodging at the conference center
- meals for the entire conference
All youth groups must be accompanied by chaperones at a ratio of at least 1 chaperone to every 10 youths. Chaperones must register separately at the individual rate.
Note on lodging: Youth groups will be placed in housing accommodations according to availability. Groups will likely be placed on the camp site of the Warren Willis Center in group/bunk-style accommodations, or in three-person rooms on the Conference Center side.
Community Care Agreements: All participants are asked to consent to our agreements which includes testing for COVID-19 prior to the conference and adhering to policies and practices that create the most health conscious environment for everyone.
